Re-bookings for next term needed by July 4th Term dates: 4th September to 20th November (10 weeks) Halfway through each course, you have the opportunity to book a place in the next term to progress to the next level of swimming. If you are on our current swim course, please fill in the form below to indicate if you wish to book a place on the next term of swimming. The next term will be a more advanced course building on the skills and confidence already learnt. We will need to receive your re-booking request by 4th July 2010 as we need to know the numbers rebooking in order to schedule appropriate classes. The cost of the next term is £100 for the 10 week course (for start, end and holiday dates, please see the Pools page). We try to provide a fair re-booking system within our limited pool time and aim to enable existing clients to continue to swim with us but also allow new clients from our waiting list to join. We cannot guarantee your preferred time slot as the classes scheduled in the next term will depend upon demand, but we will endeavor to meet your requests as far as possible. Re-booking If you would like to continue to swim with us, please indicate on the re-booking form if you would like to stay in the same time slot or wish to move to a different day, as well as if you are flexible about days and times. Not Re-booking We would also appreciate those not re-booking to let us know, with a short explanation if possible. We then know you've not just forgotten to rebook plus your feedback is valuable to us. What Next Once we have received the re-booking requests, we can work out how many classes of each level we will be scheduling. We will then contact you to discuss the available time slots. You can confirm your chosen place with payment for the full cost of the next term, either by paying your swim teacher or sending a cheque to us.
